Max Delmege has more than 50 years experience in the property industry, from humble beginnings as an agent at the age of 18 to launching and operating one of the most reputable real estate groups in Sydney. Having been involved in launching more than 1000 property investment projects with a total value in excess of $1 billion dollars, Max is arguably one of the most skilled and practiced property heads in Australia.

During his career, Max has brokered a number of high-profile deals and been involved with the development of an array of iconic buildings including securing the development approval for 90-100 Mount Street in the heart of Sydney, now valued at around $400 million. He was also behind the rise of Mona Vale in Sydney into a flourishing community, single-handedly building from scratch the suburb’s commercial and industrial area.

In addition, Max owned 53 Martin Place – a 15-level heritage building – in the Sydney CBD, which is now occupied by both retail and commercial tenants, including two of Australia’s leading barrister firms. With this extensive experience developing, buying and selling commercial and residential property, Max continues to be involved in the sales management and syndication of commercial and industrial properties on Australia’s eastern seaboard in his role as Director at Delmege O’Shea.

Max has a proven track record for success and while his first passion is property, Max was also a majority shareholder and board member for the Manly Warringah football team, co-founded GDI Investments (ASX:GDI), and completed a successful stint as a talkback radio host on 2SM. While leading the Delmege O’Shea development team on new development opportunities, Max aims to breath new life into the property and development industry on the Gold Coast and across Australia.

Brett Delmege is proving he is a force to be reckoned with in the property and construction industry in Australia, having spent the past 20 years specialising in the development, sales, leasing and management of commercial and industrial property. A licensed builder by trade, Brett is one of few sales principals who prides himself on knowing the intimate foundations of a great property and is able to draw on his extensive experience in the construction industry to ensure client’s needs are met and exceeded.

His experience includes being at the helm of leading property companies Delmege Construction and Delmege Commercial, running an exclusive property management portfolio on the northern beaches of Sydney. The businessman also completed a successful stint at Ray White Surfers Paradise Group, one of Queensland’s largest real estate networks, where he worked in sales and leasing within the commercial division.

In addition, his career spans across various other industries where he has been sought to fill directorships and board roles, including a notable six-year stretch with the NRL and the Manly Sea Eagles. Now as the Sales and Office Principal at Delmege O’Shea, Brett is responsible for driving sales and leasing for the company.

Having most proudly been involved in the $7.665 million sale of a development site at 104 Scarborough Street on the Gold Coast, and multi-million-dollar residential and industrial sales in Sydney, Brett is poised to assist clients with their property and development needs.

With a real passion for the industry, as well as a genuine desire to create lasting relationships with clients, Brett is ready and waiting to hear from those with any and all property queries.

Kyle graduated Year 12 last year and has jumped straight into his career in the Real Estate industry. Having completed his Real Estate Registration license while also finishing high school, he was ready to hit the ground running this year with the Delmege O’Shea team.

Developing relationships is what drew Kyle to Real Estate, he loves making life-long friendships with clients which last well beyond the sale of the property. He provides an exceptional service to his clients, and negotiates deals to best serve their interests.

Kyle is incredibly proud to have completed his real estate license while completing high school, and is proud to become a qualified Real Estate agent with Delmege O’Shea. He cherishes working in a close knit, family owned business where everyone helps each other out, and is learning a lot from his colleagues.
